Help the Herald keep Victor informed

Now you can help the Herald keep Victor informed - and keep in touch with your
friends at the same time.
Log into the Herald with your Facebook account and you will have the option of
submitting your own story.  Logging in will also allow you to leave comments for
stories already on the site.  If you don't have a Facebook account, you can
create your own Herald-only account.  It is completely free - and your
information will never be shared with a third party.
Additionally, we are in the process of opening our new blog - a link is already
available on the Herald front page.  If you create your own free account you
will automatically be enrolled as a contributor to the blog.  Blog postings will
be used for community conversations, concerns, comments - and for posting live
news as it happens.
We are working to create an easy to use - and useful - information resource for
all of Victor.  As always, we welcome and appreciate your comments and
suggestions to help us do better.
